Honey Lemon Herb Chicken
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper(optional)
2 lbs chicken pieces

Combine all ingredients except chicken. Brush half the sauce on the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until thoroughly cooked, brushing on remaining sauce halfway through baking time.
