1 head lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 can water chestnuts
1 cup chow mein noodles
1 cup cashew nuts
1/4 cup roasted sesame seeds
Toss with dressing just before serving.
1 Tbsp dried onions, 1 tsp dry mustard, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 cup cider vinegar. Mix, pour over salad.
