Mississippi Dirt Cake

20 ox pkg Oreos, finely crushed
2 pkgs 8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
16 oz cool whip, thawed
4 cups milk
2 pkgs 4 oz instant chocolate pudding

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip together. Then mix milk and pudding. When thick, fold into cool whip mixture. Layer with oreo crumbs. Top off with the oreo crumbs
